New Pictures

We haven't been doing much at our house this week, just hangin' out. Here are some pictures from the week.

Collin was hungry the other morning, so I got him his cereal, and he was happy, so I decided I would go iron my pants for work really quick...well, when I came back upstairs this is what I found. I guess he wanted more!

He also found some boots that had been passed on to us from a friend...he wants to wear them all the time.

Kendra and I colored Easter eggs...I know, we were late, but it was fun anyway!

We had Easter dinner and Collin's party on Sunday. Collin loved all of his gifts, and did a great job blowing out his candles, although I didn't get a picture of it. We ate lunch, opened gifts, hunted Easter eggs, and had cake and ice cream. It was a really fun day! Thanks to everyone for your help with the meal, and the gifts!

Weekend Away

We went to see Mike's sister and family over the weekend. The kids had a great time playing together. We went to an Easter egg hunt, did a little bit of shopping, and played in the yard and at the park close by.

Kendra and the Easter bunny...she actually hugged the bunny right after I snapped this! Collin, on the other hand, was terrified of the Easter bunny. :)

1) I eat cereal in the morning, but only with the minimum amount of milk possible...I don't like to have to drink it!

2) I was a spelling bee champ in grade school, and my family loves to give me a hard time about it.

3) I like to bake, especially cakes and cookies that are creative and look pretty.

4) When I was in swimming lessons, they would have us dive under the water to get coins....I would just use my nice long toes and pick them up...no one knew the difference as long as my hair was wet!

5) Trickling fountains and ponds make me have to GO.

6) I love back rubs.

7) I come up with the best ideas in the middle of the night ( I have been known to keep a paper and pen by the bed.)

8) I can't keep a pair of nice sunglasses to save my life.

9) I love the rare opportunity to sleep in.

10) I got my hair highlighted today for the second time in my life.

Recent Happenings

Collin wasn't too sure about the swings at first, but he was soon smiling big!

I wan't quick enough in getting the table cleaned off the other evening, and Collin had a yummy recipe cooked up....he also put the sloppy jo meat in the fruit. Silly kid.No leftovers this time!!

Kendra wanted me to paint her finger and toenails the other night, which she doesn't do very often, so I had to get a picture!

Saturday was really warm and nice, and Sunday we had snow! The kids liked both days...here are some more pictures of the weekend.

Beautiful Day!

Today is an absolutely beautiful day outside, it makes me anxious for Spring! Collin and I went outside and blew bubbles this morning (One of his latest words is bubble! He is saying a lot all of the sudden.) Then, we went out to Jeremy and Kara's for lunch, because Caitlin was out there. The kids had a lot of fun playing together.
