The End

I took this picture before school this morning. I felt almost as emotional as I did the first day of school! I cannot believe that this is the end of the school year. It does not seem like Kendra should already be done with Kindergarten. My little girl is growing up so fast. We are looking forward to a fun summer with her!

The Enormous Carrot

I went to Kendra's Kindergarten play last Monday. She was the pig. It was fun to watch them all try to get the carrot out of the ground, and have carrot cookies with her afterwards.

Estes Park

The kids and I went to Estes Park with Mike's mom and some other family last weekend. The kids had a lot of fun, but we were all tired and ready to be back home.

Mother's Day

Once again, I am behind on posting. I have been having computer trouble, and I haven't been home! This is just a picture of the kids and me on Mother's Day and another cookie bouquet I did.

Kendra Reading

Kendra brought this book home the other night to read to me. She is getting really good at reading, and I love to listen to her. We have a little devotional that she reads parts of with me, and it is times like this that I feel so blessed to be a mom. :)

AWANA Awards

Last night was the last night of AWANAs, and it was award night. The first picture is not so great...but that is the group of Cubbies that I had this year. I am going to miss the ones that are graduating! I am proud of them all.

Kendra finished her first book in Sparks and also got the "workman" award. She was so excited, and we are proud of her.

Field Day

Kendra had Field Day at school Tuesday. I was able to go, and Mike took off work early to come and watch. We all had a great time, and it was a beautiful day for it!

A Trip to North Platte

I am a little behind on posting, so look out! Mike had Arbor Day off, and Kendra didn't have school that day, so we took a little trip to North Platte. It was a fun day.

We had to visit the play area at Menard's. It was getting kind of chilly out there, but we had fun anyway.

These are just some pictures from last week when the weather was so nice.

Collin got this bubble mower for his birthday, and he mows the yard often! On this particular day, he was following Mike around when he was power raking the yard. He also found these goofy sunglasses and wears them quite often.

We went to the lake last Thursday evening. It was a good time.

The kids had gotten sand buckets for Easter, and wanted to play with them, so we did that too.
