The kids got haircuts recently. Kendra likes her hair shorter, I'm glad I convinced her to get it cut!
She even lets me fix it! :)
Here is Collin's...just all trimmed up. No more rooster tails! :) He loves to get haircuts...it's so funny to watch him. He sits really still with a big grin on his face the whole time.

This is what Mike got me for Valentine's Day. I just got it hung up on my lunch hour. Love it! 
Mike's sister and family were back this weekend, and we got to meet new baby Benjamin!

While we were in North Platte, Kendra was having her Valentine's Day Party at school. Here is a picture of her doing her craft. She had lots of fun. Thanks, Renee, for taking pictures for me!
Since I didn't really get to celebrate my birthday on my birthday, Mike surprised me by taking me (and Collin) to North Platte for lunch yesterday. Neither one of us had to work because of President's Day, so it worked great. We had a really fun day.
Collin didn't like the bright sun in his eyes, so I let him borrow my sunglasses.
He loves it when the race car at Menard's is not in use by someone else. :)
We got to go to the hosptial last night to see my new niece, Toria. It was so much fun to hold her! The kids loved it too. Collin kept wanting to kiss the baby, so I let him kiss her feet. :) She was the exact same weight that Kendra was when she was born...hard to believe she was that tiny. Welcome to the family, Toria!
This is just kind of a random post of things going on around here. I ordered some clothes for the kids on clearance, and Collin has been loving them. The other morning he had a bath, and wanted his new football shirt on, and then asked me to fix his hair. I just had to snap a couple of pictures.
Mike took the week off to spend with me, which has been really nice. And, he has tackled a lot of household projects too! He put in a new kitchen sink and faucet, and I love it. I also love that I now have a garbage disposal!

Yesterday was really nice, and I felt pretty good, so I spent quite a bit of time outside with Mike and the kids. It was nice to get out.
I am so thankful for friends and family! My birthday was Saturday, but I was in the hospital for half of the day. I had surgery, and I really didn't feel much like a party! :) so many people remembered me by sending flowers, cards and balloons, and bringing us meals. We appreciate it all so much. THANK YOU!
