Pumpkin Patch

Renee and I took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch in McCook and did a little shopping yesterday. It was a good time, and a really nice day.

New Word...Sort Of!

Collin said "noodle" plain as day when we were eating lunch last week. Then of course when I got the camera, it wasn't so plain. He also picks his nose to show you where his nose is, in case you wonder what that's all about!

Nice Fall Evening

We went outside to play yesterday evening. It was so nice outside, and I figure the kids won't be able to enjoy too many more days like this! I also included a picture of my tree all in red now! :)

More Birthday!

Yesterday was Mom's birthday. It was a fun day eating, and playing with the kids!

They all had to stand up close to watch!

Warm Day at the Park

I forgot to put these on my Monday activities! :) Renee came in and we took the kids to the park, and did a little walking. I didn't get any of the girls though!

Lazy morning

We just kind of didn't do a whole lot this morning, except play. Kendra and Collin did a lot of coloring. Kendra is getting so good at staying in the lines. Collin doesn't understand why all he gets are the Color Wonder markers, and no crayons. Ha! Here he is with his beautiful picture.

Fall Fun

We went outside to play on Monday, it was so nice. I had to take some pictures!

Oh, Deer

On Thursday morning I hit a deer on my way to MOPS. My brother in law will not let me hear the end of how I have now hit 2 deer, and not just that, but that I have hit them almost right in the same spot. So, now we are without a vehicle for awhile, but I have had a couple of people generously loan me something to get around with!

Birthday Cake

Kendra wanted to help with Mike's birthday cake for tomorrow. She did a good job, and it was fun to do together. Of course it always helps when she gets to lick the spatula!

Ok, Renee, here is the requested picture of when we moved in, although I couldn't find one of the whole house, but it gives you an idea! If I find one of the whole house I will post it. Gotta love those pretty window blocks!

Making progress...

Mike is getting the siding done slowly but surely. It is going to look so nice, and I LOVE my new windows...now just for the trim...

I snapped this picture of my flowers. The mums are so pretty, but the other flowers are starting to slowly die.

Pumpkin Painting

Grandma gave a pumpkin to Kendra and Collin, and they decorated them on Wednesday. Collin was more interested in painting himself, or eating the paint, so his artwork got cut short! :) Kendra had so much fun, although you really can't see the "face" she put on it, because she just kept putting more paint on!

Snack Time

It is nothing unusual for Collin to help himself to the snacks. Here he is planning to enjoy a bag of Honey Grahams!

More Bath Time

I love it when Collin gets out of the bath tub, because then he wants to cuddle, and not for just a little bit, but for quite awhile. Kendra took this picture for me. :)
