Vacation- Day 3

First we went to watch the glass blower make a set of glasses.

Then we packed a lunch and went to Rocky Mountain National Park.

There was a lot of snow up toward the top.

Mike had to help the kids make snowballs to throw at me. It was kinda cold!

It was windy and cold at the visitors center, so we stopped long enough to get this picture, then looked in the gift shop, and headed back down.

We saw some wildlife. So pretty.

Another snapshot by Kendra.

There was road construction, so we got out and looked for pretty rocks.

Then we went to the Alluvial Fan. My "tripod" is kind of visible here, but oh well.

Kendra and I watched this little guy dig a hole, bury something, and then cover it back up. He made quick work of it too!

If you look VERY CLOSELY you can spot Mike and the kids in this picture....They hiked up by the waterfall.....I wasn't that brave. :)

Then we hiked around Sprague Lake. We saw all kinds of animals there too. This mama and her baby ducks were a highlight.

So beautiful....

Walkin' with Dad.

Collin was watching the fly fishermen, and wanted to fish really bad. So, he found this "fishing Pole", and recruited Kendra to help him carry it around the lake.
Then we went back to town for supper at Poppy's Pizza (yummy!), and relaxed in the hot tub again.
