The Christmas Tree

We put up one of our Christmas trees the other night. Kendra and Collin had fun helping me out.

Collin felt the need to see how many ornaments would stay on one branch before it would bend clear to the floor!

Thanksgiving at Mom's

We went to my mom's for Thanksgiving on Sunday. We had a great dinner, and then played the wii and put up the Christmas tree.

The girls found some cool bracelets.

Kendra was trying to put the Christmas tree skirt under the tree, and Ashton thought is was a fun place to hide!

Thanksgiving/Christmas

We went to Mike's parent's house for Thanksgiving. We also celebrated Christmas that evening. We had a good time together. I am going to have to watch Collin with the presents now! Here are a couple of pictures of the kids that evening.

A Ride at the Farm

Mike and I went to the movie (Fireproof) this weekend. I had to go out to the country to pick him up, because he is helping his brother pick corn, and had no way home. I took the kids along, and Collin wanted to ride in the combine. So, Mike took him for a couple of rounds, and he loved it! Here they are afterwards. It was too dark to get any other pictures.

Another First!

** Update ** For those of you who are wondering...yes the tooth fairy did come last night, with a dollar and a new Barbie dress. Kendra was thrilled when she woke up!


Kendra lost her first tooth this afternoon. She pulled it out all by herself!

SNOW!

We got snow! Kendra didn't have to go to school until 10:00, so we went outside and played...it was not all that cold, and lots of fun. Mike had to go to work at 3:30 this morning...too bad he had to miss it.

We discovered that Kendra's snow boots are 2 sizes too small. :)

I put Kendra to work while we were out too. :)

Hobo Soup and Hayrack Ride

We went to Wheeler's for the annual hayrack ride and hobo soup supper on Sunday. We had a lot of fun!

Mike and I tried out the zipline for the first time. It was fun!


Kendra and Collin rode the horses. They loved it!
